During this pandemic season the healthcare systems are facing challenges with the traditional way of managing patients with chronic diseases.starting from patient journey through visiting outpatient and face to face physician consultation then meeting diabetic educator , time consumption through this trip considered high ,although its clinically effective ,but This will impact the future of diabetes management as we know it given that that patient core management using physical visits at the clinics has a central role in the treatment of this disease.
