أمن العمالة التونسية في ظل مخاطر التكنولوجيا الحديثة

أكدت جائحة كوفيد19 على أهمية الذكاء الاصطناعي، وأصبح استخدام تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي علاجا للآثار الناتجة عنها وفى هذا الإطار تهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى تحليل أثر التطور التكنولوجي على مستقبل سوق العمل في العالم بشكل عام وفى تونس بشكل خاص، وذلك من خلال عرض أهم المفاهيم المتعلقة بالذكاء الاصطناعى وأثرها على القطاعات المختلفة وأهم التجارب الدولية ، ثم التطرق للوضع الراهن فى تونس فيما يتعلق بأهم المؤشرات التي ترتبط بالتطور التكنولوجى ، وقد تم اختيار تونس كنموذج لدراسة الحالة حول أثر الذكاء الاصطناعي على سوق العمل والوظائف نظرا لاستمرار ارتفاع معدل البطالة بعد ثورة الياسمين وحتى الآن خلال الفترة من عام 2010 وحتى عام 2021 وهو السبب الرئيس الذى أدى لاشتعال فتيل الثورة فى أواخر عام 2010 وبداية عام 2011 ، بالإضافة إلى تفاقم أزمة الطاقة نتيجة الحرب الروسية الأوكرانية وأثرها على الاقتصاد، وينطبق ما تم التوصل إليه فى الدراسة على الدول التى تعاني من نفس المشكلات التى تواجهها سوق العمل فى تونس، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أهمية اتخاذ اجراءات سريعة لمواكبة التطورات ومواجهة التحديات وذلك من خلال بعض البدائل والحلول المتكاملة .
