Interactive GUI for Advanced Visualization and Volume Rendering of MRI Data: A MATLAB-Based Approach
Abstract
This paper introduces a MATLAB-based graphical user interface (GUI) designed for volume rendering MRI volumetric data. Through seamless integration of diverse techniques, the GUI offers enhanced usability catering to diverse viewing preferences. Aimed at clinical practitioners, it facilitates streamlined visualization of abdominal, brain tumor, and cardiac MRI images. The successful realization of project objectives underscores its potential for diagnostics and medical education.
