Vestibular Stimulation Promotes Neuroplasticity in the Auditory Cortex in a Group of Children with Speech Delay

Objective: The article presents the results of a study on the impact of vestibular stimulation (swinging, rotation, balance exercises) on the neuroplasticity of the auditory cortex and language development in preschool children with speech delay (SD). Such issues in children aged 4–7 years are among the primary challenges in speech therapy and neuropsychology. Timely diagnosis and the search for solutions are essential conditions for the full development and socialization of preschool children. An important direction of contemporary research is the search for methods to stimulate cortical neuroplasticity, particularly in the auditory cortex, which underpins the development of speech skills.
