Published July 8, 2024

Issue Description

With the Middle East spearheading some of the most ambitious infrastructure projects in the world, including the USD 1 trillion plus Neom city project, the 1st Annual International Geotechnical Innovation Conference (IGIC 2024), strives to foster Saudi Arabia’s and the Middle East region’s ambitious growth plans, where tall buildings and skyscrapers form the core of its vision. The conference will focus on best practices in optimizing geotechnical aspects central to improving design and construction of deep foundations, ground improvement and underground infrastructures, to enable safe, cost-effective and sustainable structures.
