Emirates Scholar Center for Research and Studies participated in the “Safety Majlis: Leaders and Experts Gathering”, organized by the Safety & Emergency Security Association under the patronage of H.E. Dr. Abdulla Belhaif Al Nuaimi, Chancellor of Emirates Scholar Center and Honorary President of the Association. The gathering was held on the evening of Sunday, 6 September 2026, at H.E. Dr. Al Nuaimi’s Majlis.
The Center’s participation reflects its commitment to maintaining an active presence across national platforms that bring together decision-makers and experts, while reinforcing the role of scientific research as a key pillar of the UAE’s safety and emergency security ecosystem. This aligns with the Center’s mission to transform knowledge into practical policies and actionable practices.
The program began with a reception and networking session, followed by welcoming remarks from H.E. Dr. Abdulla Belhaif Al Nuaimi. This was followed by remarks from Mr. Haitham Mohammed Al Raisi, Chairman of the Association’s Board of Directors. An open dialogue session then explored ways to strengthen communication, exchange expertise, and build effective partnerships among institutions working in the field of safety. The gathering concluded with a commemorative group photo and dinner.
The discussion featured contributions highlighting the importance of supporting safety initiatives with reliable data and scientific studies, utilizing research findings to enhance preparedness and response standards, and empowering national talent in this vital sector.
H.E. Dr. Abdulla Belhaif Al Nuaimi, Honorary President of the Safety and Emergency Security Association, said: “Bringing together leaders and experts in a welcoming setting creates opportunities for collaboration that formal meetings alone may not achieve.
