أثر القيادة الخادمة في العدالة التنظيمية في شركة ناتكو الأدوية بأمانة العاصمة
Abstract
الهدف: هدف البحث الى التعرف على أثر القيادة الخادمة في العدالة التنظيمية في شركة ناتكو الادوية بأمانة العاصمة، والتعرف على مستوى ممارسة القيادة الخادمة فيها بأبعادها (الايثار، التمكين، المسؤولية الاجتماعية، التواضع)، وكذا التعرف على مستوى تطبيق العدالة التنظيمية بأبعادها (العدالة التوزيعية، العدالة الإجرائية، العدالة التعاملية)، ومعرفة أهم أبعاد القيادة الخادمة الأكثر قدرة على تحقيق العدالة التنظيمية في الشركة. منهجية البحث: اعتمد البحث على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتم استخدام طريقة المسح الشامل لمجتمع البحث والبالغ عددهم (217) مفردة، وكانت عدد الاستبانات الصالحة منها للتحليل الاحصائي (214) استبانة، وتم استخدام برنامج الحزم الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (SPSS) لتحليل البيانات. نتائج البحث: وتوصل البحث الى عدد من النتائج أهمها: -وجود أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية للقيادة الخادمة في العدالة التنظيمية في شركة ناتكو الادوية. -اختلاف تأثير أبعاد القيادة الخادمة على العدالة التنظيمية في شركة ناتكو الادوية حيث كان بُعد التمكين الأعلى تأثيراً على العدالة التنظيمية، يليه بعد المسؤولية الاجتماعية، يليهما بعد التواضع، فيما جاء بُعد الإيثار الأقل تأثيراً في تحقيق العدالة التنظيمية. -كما أظهرت الشركة حرصاً متوسطاً على تحقيق العدالة التنظيمية، لكن حرصها بتحقيق العدالة التعاملية كان الأعلى، فيما كان حرصها بعدي (العدالة التوزيعية، والعدالة الإجرائية) متوسطاً. توصيات البحث: قدم البحث العديد من التوصيات أهمها: -زيادة الاهتمام بممارسة القيادة الخادمة باعتبارها متغير مهم يؤثر في العدالة التنظيمية بوصفها واحدة من أهم الآليات التي تؤثر في زيادة درجة ولاء العاملين وتطوير قدراتهم على الابداع والابتكار. -ضرورة أن تعي ادارة الشركة أهمية امتلاكها لمستوى جيد من سمات القيادة الخادمة والذي سوف ينعكس ايجابيا على العلاقة بين إدارة الشركة والمرؤوسين، وتعزيز شعورهم بالعدالة التنظيمية. -الاهتمام بمنهج العدالة التنظيمية بوصفها واحدة من أهم الآليات التي تؤثر في زيادة درجة ولاء العاملين وتطوير قدراتهم على الإبداع والابتكار.
