Aims and Scope
The Emirati Journal of Business, Economics & Social Studies* (EJBESS) is a peer-reviewed academic journal devoted to advancing high-impact theoretical and empirical knowledge in business economics, management, economic policy, and social sciences as they relate to enterprise and society. The journal encourages dialogue among academia, industry, and policymakers, publishing studies that contribute to scientific progress as well as managerial and regulatory innovation.
1. Types of Contributions- Rigorous empirical research analyzing economic and business phenomena with managerial or policy implications.
- Innovative conceptual models and theoretical research providing new insights into management, economics, entrepreneurship, and social responsibility.
- Systematic literature reviews that synthesize the current state of the art and outline future research directions.
- Case studies and best practices showcasing how theories are practically applied in business and social settings.
The journal covers (by way of illustration, not limitation) the following areas: corporate finance, marketing, human resource management, strategy, innovation and entrepreneurship, international and development economics, public policy, sustainability and social responsibility, digitalization and technological transformation, business law and economics, behavioral economics, and cross-cultural studies. Interdisciplinary contributions that combine quantitative and qualitative methods are encouraged. For indexing purposes, authors are asked to indicate relevant JEL codes.

EJBESS addresses researchers, practitioners, executives, and policymakers interested in the management and socioeconomic development of enterprises. Submissions that are purely descriptive, lack methodological rigor, or have no scientific or practical implications will not be considered.
Manuscripts that are exclusively technical or mathematical without managerial or social relevance will be excluded.
4. Editorial ApproachAll manuscripts are subject to independent peer review. The journal accepts submissions in English, promotes open access dissemination, and ensures clear and transparent review timelines.
