In an era characterized by rapid technological advancements and increasing reliance on digital infrastructure, the importance of information security in shaping national digital investment cannot be overstated. This paper conducts a thorough literature review to explore the multifaceted relationship between information security and national digital investment. The review encompasses a broad spectrum ofscholarly works, including academic articles, reports, and case studies, to provide a comprehensive understanding of the subject. The findings contribute to the ongoing discourse on the role of information security in fostering a secure and resilient environment for sustained national digital investments.
