Aims and Scope

Emirati Journal of Education and Literature (EJEL) is a peer-reviewed open access journal that contributes to research and practice in the area of education and literacy. In addition to research articles, the journal welcomes review articles, conceptual papers, short communications, book reviews, and interviews in education and literacy, novel methodologies in literacy, advancements in literacy research and practice, and creative applications of theories in education and literacy. Authors who are interested in submitting their manuscripts to EJEL are requested to ensure that their manuscripts are within the scope of the journal. 

The EJEL welcomes original research papers, technical notes and review articles on the following disciplines:

  • Promote and disseminate research in the areas of education and literature.
  • Contribute to the development of innovative approaches to teaching and learning.
  • Provide a platform for researchers and practitioners to share their research findings, theoretical perspectives, and innovative ideas.
