Aims and Scope

The International Journal of Automation & Digital Transformation (IJADT) examines the multidisciplinary challenges and opportunities that digital transformation creates for organizations and societies. The journal provides a platform for scholarly discussion on how automation, data, and digital technologies reshape organizational structures, strategies, and business models.

IJADT explores digital transformation across its entire lifecycle—from problem identification and conceptual design to implementation and long-term organizational consequences. A particular focus of the journal is the relationship between strategic management and digital transformation, highlighting how organizations integrate technological change with managerial decision-making and organizational capabilities.

Digital transformation is understood as a complex and evolving process involving technological innovation, organizational change, and human adaptation.
