Full Paper Format and Structure

Emirates Scholar Center for Research & Studies welcomes high-quality scholarly manuscripts presenting original and unpublished research, including theoretical, empirical, experimental, conceptual, or applied studies relevant to its scope. Submission of a manuscript confirms that the work is not under review or published elsewhere.


Manuscript Length and Format

  • Full Paper Length: 15–25 pages, inclusive of references, tables, figures, and keywords
  • Abstract Length: 200–250 words
  • Keywords: 4–6 keywords

Document Formatting Requirements

  • Font: Times New Roman, 12-point
  • Line Spacing: Single-spaced
  • Page Layout: Two-column, portrait orientation
  • Margins: Standard margins (Top and Bottom: 2.54 cm; Left and Right: 3.18 cm).
  • Page Numbers: Bottom-centered
  • File Format: MS Word-compatible file (.doc or .docx)

Required Paper Structure

Manuscripts should be organized using the following structure:

  1. Title
  2. Author(s) Names and Affiliations
  3. Abstract
    • Should clearly state the study’s purpose, methodology, key findings, and conclusions
  4. Introduction
    • Problem statement, research questions, and/or hypotheses
  5. Literature Review
    • Relevant theoretical and empirical background with in-text citations
  6. Purpose / Objectives of the Study
  7. Methodology / Research Approach
    • Research design, data sources, data collection, and analysis methods
  8. Findings / Results
    • Presentation of results, including tables and figures where appropriate
  9. Discussion
    • Interpretation of findings in relation to existing literature
  10. Conclusion, Implications, and Recommendations
  11. References
    • Harvard or APA referencing style (consistently applied)
  12. Appendices (if applicable)
  13. Acknowledgements (if applicable)

Language Requirements

  • Manuscripts must be written in English or Arabic
  • Either American or British English may be used, but mixing both styles within the same manuscript is not permitted
  • Authors are responsible for ensuring linguistic clarity and academic tone

Authors who believe their manuscript may require language refinement are encouraged to seek professional editing or proofreading support prior to submission. Clear and accurate language enhances the peer-review process and overall scholarly quality.
