Leadership Training Program for employees & professionals
If you are aiming for a promotion, a bigger role or a better job, years of experience are not enough on their own. You need skills you can prove and an achievement that speaks for you. The program gives you both in one week.
What you gain
Up to 20 accredited hours
Accredited training hours, counted toward continuing professional development.
A verifiable certificate
An online verification number lets your employer or promotion committee confirm it instantly.
Skills measured in appraisals

A published achievement
A DOI-published paper solving a real challenge, plus eligibility for the Professional Excellence Medal.
Bring a real challenge from your workplace, or work on one of the case studies presented during the program.
Is this path for you?
- Employees in government, semi-government and private-sector organizations, including risk, compliance, audit and quality staff.
- Candidates for supervisory roles or preparing for promotion interviews.
- Professionals moving into planning, performance or policy roles.
Four integrated modules on one leadership track — with governance, risk & compliance at the core

Everything you need to know
How many training hours?
Up to 20 accredited training hours, recorded on the completion certificate with an online verification number.
Does the program cover governance, risk and compliance?
Yes. Governance, risk and compliance are built into all four modules: data and AI governance, organizational governance and decision rights, risk registers, internal control and compliance monitoring, and international governance indicators — informed by ISO 31000, ISO 37000 and the COSO framework.
What certificate will I receive?
One completion certificate for the program with an online verification number, awarded upon meeting the assessment requirements: 90% attendance, passing the daily quizzes, contributing to and presenting the group paper, and completing the pre- and post-tests.
What is the fee and what does it include?
AED 3,800 per participant for the complete program, covering all four modules, materials, the assessment path, peer review and DOI publication, the completion certificate, the closing ceremony and one year of alumni network membership. The final fee including applicable taxes is shown at checkout.
How is the research paper published?
Each team completes its paper during the week and presents it to the scientific committee on Friday. It then undergoes peer review and is published in the Emirates Scholar proceedings with a DOI under the names of all team members.
