Four integrated modules on one leadership track — with governance, risk & compliance at the core
Sessions from the four modules are spread across the week so that each builds on the previous one, and all of them converge in the group research paper.

A peer-reviewed published paper
A group paper, peer-reviewed and published in the Center’s proceedings with a DOI, with full text deposited in the digital library.

Up to 20 accredited hours

Everything you need to know
I’m a student without an employer — what will I work on?
Diverse case studies are presented during the program for participants to work on, so you can join a team working on one of them without needing a workplace challenge.
Do I need prior research experience?
No. Research and publishing tools are taught hands-on, and mentoring and research clinics support you throughout the week.
What is the fee and what does it include?
AED 3,800 per participant for the complete program, covering all four modules, materials, the assessment path, peer review and DOI publication, the completion certificate, the closing ceremony and one year of alumni network membership. The final fee including applicable taxes is shown at checkout.
What certificate will I receive?
One completion certificate for the program with an online verification number, awarded upon meeting the assessment requirements: 90% attendance, passing the daily quizzes, contributing to and presenting the group paper, and completing the pre- and post-tests.
How is the research paper published?
Each team completes its paper during the week and presents it to the scientific committee on Friday. It then undergoes peer review and is published in the Emirates Scholar proceedings with a DOI under the names of all team members.
