Leadership Training Program for organizations
HR and L&D departments struggle to prove the impact of development programs with auditable numbers. The program turns training spend into a documented knowledge asset: your team works on one of your challenges and returns with a solution, a published paper and an impact report.
What you gain
Institutional impact report
Pre- and post-test results compared for each employee and the team — ready for your annual training file.
A paper in your team’s name
Addresses a real challenge of your organization and is published with a citable DOI.
A team that works together
A dedicated working group for your team all week, under direct supervision.
Coordination & single invoice
Our partnerships team handles registration, invoicing and coordination with you.
Contact the partnerships team to agree the number of nominees, the institutional challenge and invoicing. Seats are limited to 30 participants.
