الاضطرابات النفسية ودورها في تشكيل رغبة الهجرة غير الشرعية لدى الشباب المغاربة: القلق العام والاكتئاب نموذجاً

الملخص

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى استكشاف العلاقة بين الاضطرابات النفسية والرغبة في الهجرة غير الشرعية لدى الشباب المغاربة، مع التركيز على تأثير كل من اضطراب القلق العام والاكتئاب على هذه الظاهرة. شملت العينة 352 شابًا مغربيًا، وتم استخدام اختبارات نفسية لتقييم مستوى القلق العام والاكتئاب لديهم، حيث تم اعتماد اختبار هاميلتون لتقييم القلق (Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale -HAM-A) ومقياس بيك للاكتئاب (Beck Depression Inventory - BDI)، بهدف تحليل الفروق بين الأفراد الراغبين في الهجرة غير الشرعية وأقرانهم غير المهتمين بها. أظهرت النتائج أن الشباب الذين يطمحون إلى الهجرة غير الشرعية يعانون من مستويات أعلى من القلق العام والاكتئاب مقارنة بأقرانهم الذين لا يرغبون في الهجرة غير الشرعية. حيث يلعب اضطراب القلق العام دورًا في تحفيز البحث عن بدائل للهروب من الأوضاع المعيشية الصعبة، بينما يسهم اضطراب الاكتئاب في تعزيز مشاعر اليأس والرغبة في مغادرة البلاد. كما تبين أن أعراض الاكتئاب كانت أكثر وضوحًا وحدةً لدى هذه الفئة مقارنةً باضطرابات القلق العام. بناءً على هذه النتائج، خلصت الدراسة إلى أن الصحة النفسية تلعب دورًا جوهريًا في تشكيل الدوافع نحو الهجرة غير الشرعية، مما يستدعي تبني استراتيجيات لدعم الشباب نفسيًا وتقليل عوامل الخطر المرتبطة بهذه الظاهرة. توصي الدراسة بـتعزيز برامج الدعم النفسي، وتوفير آليات للكشف المبكر عن الاضطرابات النفسية، إضافةً إلى تطوير تدخلات علاجية تستهدف الفئات الأكثر عرضة للخطر، بما يسهم في الحد من تأثير الصحة النفسية على قرارات الهجرة غير الشرعية.
